I am writing to thank you and your team for performing my operation. I’m deeply grateful for your expertise and knowledge and I am very aware that without your skills and dedication I would be dead by now. You gave me great confidence before and after the operation and thank you too, for bringing me into the hospital when you did- despite the heat, I have no doubt that it was the best time this year for me to be there.

I remember being very interested in what you were saying, after the operation about the effects of aortic repair on the left and right side of the brain. However, I was very groggy at the time, and I’m not sure now exactly what I was hearing! I am recovering well and enjoying walking up to an hour a day and sometimes longer. My walking is still slow but improving gradually. I have some new projects planned and look forward to starting them very soon.
