I wanted to thank you personally for the excellent treatment and care received throughout. From the initial consultation through my final discharge.

Although I was aware for some years that such a procedure would need to take place, I wasn’t prepared for the inevitable and was very concerned when the situation eventually arrived. However, from the consultation and your visit the night before to discuss any concerns I may have had, gave me the reassurance for the pending operation.
