I just wanted to write and thank you for all the care I received from you and your team during my heart procedure. I was very anxious about what would happen when I became ill, however the care I received from you and your team greatly reassured me, and I’m so thankful for a positive outcome. At every stage I have been kept informed and everything has been explained to me and I have felt relaxed and confident that I was in the best possible hands. I’d like to thank everyone who looked after me, so please pass on my thanks to such a wonderful team working through a really difficult time, but still found time for me.
