Dear Mr Modi, I hope that you and your family are well. I just wanted to let you know that I had an angiogram and all is well. I am so sincerely grateful to you both as is my husband, children and wider family. It’s coming up to 7 years since we met you, and I had my double heart bypass. We will always be eternally grateful to you dear kind man. Brighton will be at a loss without you, but lucky Southampton!
