Our dad is doing so well after his operation, and his spirits are high. The kindness you’ve shown dad whilst at Southampton, and in particular, your unwavering effort and dedication throughout his surgery, are so greatly appreciated; words are not enough to describe how thankful we all are. The journey that dad’s been through has been difficult and challenging, but the professionalism and compassion that you and everyone involved has shown has brought him through safely, and has given him and his family much hope for the future.
