Everybody on this ward who helped me have acted totally professionally in their given roles, from tea servers, cleaners all the way up through to the brilliant surgeons who have each cared for me and held my heart through this experience. You ALL have something I do not possess, but greatly admire.  Thank you all from the bottom of my strongly beating heart.
