Professor Ohri’s reflection on his career as a heart surgeon for over 20 years:

Professor Ohri’s most inspirational trainer was Professor Sir Magdi Yacoub, pioneer and international doyen of cardiac surgery, under who’s guidance Professor Ohri trained in cardiac transplantation at the National Heart and Lung Institute in London.

Professor Ohri undertakes an annual formal patient feedback survey to learn from his patients’ experiences. However, it is the trust placed in him by his patients and spontaneous patient testimonials that are his foremost inspiration.
