Mr Tsang’s reflection on his career as a heart surgeon for over 20 years:

Mr Tsang’s most inspirational trainer was the late Professor Robert ‘Bob’ Bonser, pioneer of British thoracic aortic surgery, who inspired and initiated Mr Tsang’s interest in the field while he was training at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham.

Mr Tsang undertakes regular patient feedback surveys to learn from his patients’ experiences. It is this and spontaneous patient testimonials that are his inspiration in guiding individual patient focussed care.
